The difference between hygiene and food safety are that personal safety affects you and hygiene effects everyone in the class
How would you have demonstrated these in the two practicals you have done so far?
We have only done 1 practical and that was making bread cases the bread cases were yum and they took some time to cook in the oven but when they came out they were good
When we use chicken what are some key things you need to remember to ensure your food is safe to eat? Never cross contaminated , Wash your hands before handling chicken
Watch out for salmonella and if the chicken isn't cooked properly you shouldn't eat it because it is unhealthy to eat uncooked chicken and it could make you real sick
