How Resilient Am I?

We are going to do four exercises and then we will time our self and we will see how much we can do while we are doing our exercises and then get your fastest time.

We will be doing

Stride Jumps - 52
Back arches - 23
Curl ups - 16
Burpees - 22
Skipping - 17
